- New TL;DR Summaries: We've added change over time analysis, key takeaways, and a bullet list of actionable insights to provide you with a more comprehensive understanding of your data while also prioritizing how best to apply our insights in the real world.
- Upgraded Urgency Section: Our urgency section has received a facelift and now includes a summary that considers the report objective, and features change over time analysis. We also share detailed numbers to support our AI's assigned urgency level for each theme.
- Updated User Profiles: Our new and improved user profiles provides a summary of who gave that specific feedback, how demographics have changed over time, and any key takeaways that can inform your business decisions.
Alerts
You asked for them, and they're finally here! With our new Alerts feature, you'll receive automatic email notifications when there is a significant increase in volume for a particular source/classification combination. For example, you might receive an email alert stating that "Zendesk complaints have spiked by 256%."

These new charts provide volume and percentage breakdowns across various axes such as theme, section, classification, and more. With these visualizations, you can quickly and easily identify trends and patterns in your data, making it easier to make informed decisions that drive your business forward. Here's how:
- Classification breakdown: Get a clear understanding of how your data is classified across all categories, presented as a percentage breakdown.
- Volume chart for report sections: See the volume of any of your report sections over time and as a percentage, giving you a quick high-level overview of your data trends. This new chart is available for all report types including including classification, survey questions, or metadata reports.
- Theme-specific volume charts: Track the volume of your themes over time and as a percentage, helping you identify week-over-week trends and track specific theme-level changes that are most important to your business.
- Weekly volume vs. average: Monitor your data volume on a weekly basis and compare it to its average, for both reports and sections. This will help you stay on top of any trends or changes in your data that may require action. We will also be releasing this feature for themes very soon!
