What is Viable?

Viable makes it possible to understand what your customers are telling you in their feedback in an automated way so you can make more informed business decisions.

Whether your customers are sharing feedback via helpdesk tickets, surveys, app or online reviews, call transcripts, tweets or tweets, Viable analyzes the qualitative data using a combination of machine learning models and provides a natural language report of themes categorized by feedback type.

You can also dig further into any analysis within a report by asking follow up questions in natural language directly in Viable. The AI instantly writes you an answer in natural language, pulling from all your data.
